Online English Teacher — Kids & Teens

About This Position

StarTalk Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated online English teachers to join our growing team. You will be teaching children and teenagers aged 6–17 in small group classes, helping them build confidence and fluency in English through engaging, interactive lessons.

All lesson materials and curriculum are provided. Teachers focus on delivery, rapport-building, and creating a positive learning environment rather than lesson planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live, interactive English lessons to students aged 6–17 via our proprietary platform
• Follow structured curriculum and provide feedback on student progress
• Create a warm, encouraging classroom environment that promotes active participation
• Communicate with parents and academic coordinators regarding student development
• Attend periodic team training sessions and curriculum reviews

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level)
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification preferred (minimum 120 hours)
• Previous experience teaching children or teenagers is highly valued
• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and quiet teaching environment
• Valid teaching equipment: laptop/desktop with webcam, headset with microphone
